Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
🚫 Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records.
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item.
We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund appears in your account.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
🔹 Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at pennovation.store@gmail.com and ship your item to:

GIFTS
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the original buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

📌 Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
⏳ Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
🚨 If you are returning an item over €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
